With over 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal and consulting, I bring deep expertise across a wide range of property types—both urban and rural. My background includes appraisals of industrial, commercial, mixed-use, multi-residential, institutional, and vacant land properties, as well as historically designated and other special-use or unique assets.

In addition to valuation services, I offer Expert Witness Testimony for litigation support, backed by trusted, objective reporting. I also have project management experience, including the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) aimed at attracting private investment into publicly held real estate.

Specialized consulting services include Highest and Best Use Analysis and detailed Feasibility Studies, providing clients with the clarity they need for strategic decision-making. I am committed to professionalism, accuracy, and fast turnaround times on all projects.
